Welcome to Massey Media Management.
It started with finding flexibility and turned into finding my purpose.
If we were sitting down together over coffee or wine, I’d probably start by talking about my son because becoming a mom in December 2025 changed me in ways I never expected. He’s shifted my priorities, softened my edges, and clarified what truly matters. He’s also the reason this business means so much to me.
As a new mom and military spouse, I wanted a career that allowed flexibility, freedom, and meaningful income without sacrificing the moments I’ll never get back. I didn’t want work to pull me away from life. I wanted it to support it.
That’s where marketing found me.
Before I ever became a social media manager and marketing strategist, I ran a trial-and-error product-based business called Kay’s Essentials. While I originally thought I loved creating handmade products, I quickly realized what truly lit me up was the strategy behind it all by understanding people’s pain points, identifying desire, and intentionally placing the right solution in front of the right audience.
I fell in love with marketing psychology, content strategy, and connection-driven messaging.
Fast forward six years, and I now run a fully owner-operated marketing business, helping small business owners, service providers, and local brands grow through strategic social media marketing, content creation, and brand positioning. My approach is rooted in authenticity, clarity, and results even in an AI driven world.
As a military spouse–owned business, adaptability is second nature. I understand building something meaningful while life shifts, moves, and evolves. I’ve had the privilege of working with many incredible clients across industries, helping them show up confidently online, attract aligned audiences, and grow sustainably.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me soaking in time with my family, learning how to navigate this new season of motherhood, loving on our dog and cat, and staying busy in the beautifully imperfect rhythm of real life.
Because the best marketing doesn’t feel forced.
It feels human.
Like a real conversation with someone who understands where you’re at.
And if you’re here… there’s a good chance we already speak the same language.
